Main ingredients: sweet potato flour, bean paste.

Accessories: dried chili peppers, bean paste, onions, ginger, garlic, salt, MSG, broth (boiled water is also fine), and oil.

1. Soak the sweet potato flour in warm water until soft. Put the minced meat into a clean bowl, add salt and water and mix well.

2. Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in the sweet potato flour and stir with chopsticks in one direction until the sweet potato flour changes color. Then scoop it out from the water.

3.
