How to cook pork liver with green pepper

Do you salivate every time you see a food show on TV? But when I wanted to follow along, I found that the show had already ended. Don’t be discouraged. Today, I will teach you the specific steps of stir-fried pork liver with green peppers.

1. Wash the liver, slice it into 2-3mm thick slices, and rinse it repeatedly in water.

2.1 Use a strainer to remove the water

3.2 Then soak in clean water for 30 minutes, change the water and continue washing until there is no blood

4.1 Add half a spoon of salt, one spoon of dry starch, one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of vinegar, two spoons of cooking wine, half a spoon of white pepper powder, 4 or 5 peppercorns, a little sugar, and slices of onion and ginger.

5.2 Prepare ingredients: green pepper, garlic sprouts, onion, ginger

6.1 Prepare the side dishes, cut the garlic into small pieces, and cut the green pepper into diamond shapes

7.2 Stir evenly and season

8. Heat the oil in a pan, add a little more oil, and heat it until it is 70% to 80% hot and starts to emit green smoke, then pour in the marinated pork liver slices.

9. Turn the heat to high and stir-fry quickly. Count down for 5 seconds or observe with your eyes. When the surface of the liver just starts to turn white, and some of it has not turned white yet and is slightly pink, serve it immediately.

10. Leave some oil in the pan, add the green pepper and the white part of the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 1 minute.

11. Pour in the fried pork liver and stir-fry for a few times over high heat

12. Turn off the heat! Sprinkle in the garlic sprouts and use the residual heat to blanch the garlic sprouts until they are cooked. Add a little MSG and serve.
