300g fresh shrimp, 500g pasta, 2 tablespoons (30g) chopped onion, 2 heads of garlic, 2 tomatoes, 1 teaspoon (5ml) soy sauce, 2 teaspoons (10ml) tomato sauce, 3 teaspoons (15g) salt, 1 teaspoon (5g) white sugar, 2 teaspoons (10g) basil, 3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil.

1. Shell the fresh shrimps, remove the sand intestines from the back, wash and drain the water for later use. Peel and mince garlic. Wash and dice tomatoes. Wash and chop the basil.

2. Put water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of salt and cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package. Drain the water, pour a little cooking oil into the noodles and stir to prevent them from sticking.

3. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat over low heat, then add minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant. Then turn to high heat and add diced tomatoes and shrimps and stir-fry. When the shrimps turn red, add soy sauce, tomato sauce, the remaining 2 teaspoons (10g) of salt, white sugar and chopped basil and stir-fry evenly.

4. Place the cooked noodles on a plate and pour the sauce on them.

Tips

1. Italian noodles can also be replaced with Chinese noodles, the taste is just as good.

2. If you don’t have incense, you don’t have to put it in.

3. You can buy some large shrimps, peel them and freeze them in the refrigerator, and then take them out whenever you want to eat them.
