How to brew fragrant rice wine

6. Add cold boiled water (the ratio of water to rice is 2:1), and the glutinous rice will float up in about half a day.

7. Starting from the next day, use a clean, water-free and oil-free spoon to press down the floating glutinous rice.

8. Stop stirring when the rice grains start to sink after a few days.

9. After all the rice grains have completely settled, you can filter them with gauze and bottle them.

10. After 1-2 days of sedimentation, use a pipette to suck out and bottle the turbid part at the bottom. (This picture is from the second brewing, with a larger amount.)

11. After another 2-3 days of sedimentation, filter it one last time with a straw and the wine will be very clear.

12. Prepared rice wine.
