How to make strawberry enzyme

1. Wash fresh strawberries and lemons, and drain the strawberries.

2.1 Boil a bottle with a lid in boiling water to sterilize it. Make sure to boil it and let it cool naturally.

3.2 Cut into 2cm pieces, slice the lemon and remove the seeds

4.1 Finally, seal all the ingredients with the remaining sugar and lightly cover the lid (do not tighten it)

7. Generally, small bubbles will begin to appear after 3 days. After 10 to 14 days, you can filter out the strawberry pieces, cover the juice tightly, put it in the refrigerator, and mix it with four to five times the amount of water when drinking.
