So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of DIY dry pot chicken.

1. Cut all the ingredients into shapes of your choice. Tie the bean curd sheets into knots so they don’t break easily during frying. Debone the chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces. Add 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce and a little salt, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

2. Fry the marinated chicken in oil over high heat until the surface is slightly golden.

3. Leave a little more oil in the pan than usual for stir-frying. After heating, lower the heat and sauté the garlic slices and garlic.

4. Pour all the sauce in and fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in the fried chicken and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add bean curd sheets and smoked dried tofu, stir-fry evenly, add broth, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes to make it flavorful. I use chicken racks to make the broth. I just put chicken racks, ginger slices and green onions and boil them for two hours. This step is to bring out the aroma of the sauce so that the soup is extremely rich and fragrant.

7. Add cucumber slices and stir-fry slightly before serving. Taste for saltiness and adjust the taste with salt, sugar and chicken essence. Pour the juice into the pot covered with onions, sprinkle with garlic sprouts, chili segments and green onions, put it on the induction cooker, and start eating.

Although there are many steps to make DIY dry pot chicken, it is not difficult at all as long as you master them carefully. Of course, cooking also depends on talent, and if you are gifted, you will definitely be able to cook the best in no time. Of course, if you want to achieve perfection, you need to practice more.
