How to make purple sweet potato buns

9. Repeat the same process for the other flowers. Put the prepared flowers into the steamer and let them rise for 15 minutes.

10. Heat the pot with cold water and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.

11. After turning off the heat, simmer for another 3-5 minutes before removing the lid to prevent shrinkage.
