How to make dry pot vegetarian chicken wings

1. Take an appropriate amount of vegetarian chicken wings and soak them in boiling water for 1-5 minutes

2. Wash half of each colored pepper and green pepper

3. Take out the soaked vegetarian chicken wings and rinse them with cold water twice, squeeze out the water and set aside

4. Remove the stems of the cleaned bell peppers and green peppers and cut them into even-sized pieces; remove the roots of the oyster mushrooms and wash them for later use.

5. Heat the wok, pour in a proper amount of cooking oil, add the scallion, garlic slices and cut dried chili into the wok and fry until fragrant

6. Then add the vegetarian chicken wings and stir-fry over high heat

7. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and chili sauce and continue to stir fry

8. After stir-frying evenly, add the red and yellow pepper segments, green pepper segments and shimeji mushrooms into the pot

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir well. If there is any soup, cook over high heat until the juice is reduced.

10. Pour into a bowl and heat while eating in autumn and winter
