Celery and Pork Wontons

250g pork filling, 200g celery, half a carrot

Seasoning

Onion, ginger, five-spice powder, salt, soy sauce, MSG, sesame oil, salad oil

Soup

Salt, onion, ginger, 1 concentrated soup, some coriander, some carrot slices

First add sesame oil to the pork filling and mix well;

Wash celery, onion, ginger and carrot and set aside;

Add a little salt to the water, blanch the celery and then rinse with cold water;

Add soy sauce, five-spice powder, MSG, salt, and salad oil to the pork, mix well, then add chopped green onion and ginger, mix well;

Chop the celery, squeeze out the water and add it to the stuffing. Chop the carrot and add it and mix well.

Buy ready-made wonton wrappers;

Take a wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of meat filling;

Roll up from top to bottom;

Pinch the tails together to form nurse cap wontons;

Bring water to a boil and add 1 cup of concentrated soup;

After the concentrated soup is melted, add chopped green onion, shredded ginger and salt; boil again;

Add wontons and cook until done. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander and carrot slices.
