How to make pork rice noodles

Pork rice noodle is a home-cooked dish that is very life-like. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Rapeseed, dried mushrooms, lean meat, rice noodles, and green onions.

2. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, wash the rapeseed, remove the roots and stems, and chop the green onions. Marinate the lean meat with a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of salt for half an hour.

3. After the lean meat is marinated, add two spoons of starch and mix evenly.

4. Take the pot and pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil. Pour the soaked dried mushrooms into the pot. Stir-fry in oil.

5. Stir-fry the mushrooms until fragrant, then add the rapeseed and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry until the rapeseed changes color, then add water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.

7. Bring the water to a boil and slowly slide the meat slices into the pot.

8. Cook until the soup boils.

9. Add one spoonful of pepper and two spoonfuls of salt. Just season to taste.

10. Remove the rapeseed, mushrooms and meat slices from the soup first. The soup remains in the pot.

11. Peel or loosen the rice noodles and put them into the soup to cook.

12. Cook until the water in the pot boils, then serve.

13. Put the rice noodles and soup into a bowl, and then add the rapeseed, mushrooms and meat slices that were previously scooped out.

14. Sprinkle some chopped green onions.

15. A bowl of rice noodles with sliced ​​meat is ready.

16. Eat the fragrant and hot rice noodles with meat slices slowly.
