How to make 100% Chinese Yamagata toast

Going out to restaurants to eat is a normal part of life for many families. Of course, being able to cook by yourself is the best. The method of making 100% Chinese Yamagata toast is simple. After learning it, you no longer need to eat MSG outside often.

1. Mix the ingredients well. Just form a group. Ferment until 2.5 times larger.

2. Add all the ingredients except butter, knead until a large thick film can be pulled out (it will be a bit sticky, so don't add powder). Add butter and continue kneading until it is complete.

3. Divide into two portions and roll into balls. Relax for fifteen minutes. Dip your hands in some olive oil and roll the dough into a long strip, roll it up, then roll it out into a strip and roll it up from top to bottom. Place into mold.

4. Put it in the oven and add a large bowl of boiling water. Increase temperature and humidity. Ferment until the mold is 90% full.

5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake the bottom layer for about 45 minutes. Cover with tin foil as soon as possible after coloring. Remove from the oven immediately and place on a rack to cool.
