11. Put 5 teaspoons of vegetable oil in the pot, add dried peppercorns and fry until the peppercorns are fragrant.

12. Pour the fried pepper oil evenly over the minced garlic and chopped dried chili peppers.

13. Finally add the coriander

14. Mix well and you can eat
