4. When it becomes thick, add fresh lemon juice.

5. Finally, cook until the temperature of the jam reaches about 103 degrees, then turn off the heat. Cool slightly to about 80 degrees, put it into a sterilized bottle, turn it upside down until it is completely cooled, and then put it in the refrigerator
