How to stir-fry clams

1. Main ingredients: 200g clams; Side ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 red pepper, some black fungus, onion, ginger, garlic; Seasoning: salt, soy sauce

2. Slice the cucumber, cut the red pepper into rings, tear the black fungus into small pieces, cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

3. Heat oil in a pan, add the seasonings into the pan when the oil is 70% hot, and stir-fry until the seasonings are fragrant. Add cucumber slices and red pepper rings into the pan and stir-fry.

4. After frying for a while, add the clams and black fungus into the pan and fry

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, stir-fry for a few times and serve.
