How to make camouflage cake

Many office workers choose to eat out for three meals a day. After all, they are tired from work and it is not easy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of making camouflage cake is very simple, and this dish is rich in nutrition. Office workers can eat delicious food and live healthier as long as they overcome a little difficulty.

1. Prepare ingredients, weigh flour, and prepare cooking oil and eggs.

2. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator and put them in warm water to return to room temperature for about half an hour.

3. Then crack the whole egg into the bowl, add 2-3 drops of rum to remove the egg smell, and then pour in the sugar all at once.

4. Start beating the eggs with warm water at about 40 degrees.

5. Beat with an electric whisk at high speed

6. Beat for about 8-10 minutes. Pull up the egg whip and there will be a small vertical curved hook. The egg liquid will not disappear immediately after drawing the eight-shaped egg.

7. Then sift the low-gluten flour and stir evenly with a spatula.

8. Pour in cooking oil and continue to stir well.

9. Then divide the egg mixture into three equal portions, add cocoa powder and matcha powder to two of them respectively, and then stir the two portions evenly.

10. Put them into piping bags and cut a small hole at the tip.

11. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the six-cup mold and sprinkle a little dry flour to facilitate demoulding.

12. First squeeze in the original egg batter and squeeze into the bottom of the cup.

13. Add the matcha egg mixture

14. For the third time, squeeze the cocoa and egg mixture into the cups separately. It doesn’t have to be too regular. Repeat several times until the cups are full.

15. Squeeze all the egg mixture in and shake the bubbles a few times.

16. Put it into the preheated 180 degree oven and bake it in the middle layer for 15-18 minutes

17. Take out and let cool at room temperature

18. Turn it upside down and demould it smoothly. Isn't it very complete? This is the result of using the trick in step 11.

19. Camouflage cake, soft, elastic, sweet and delicious

20. Decorate the finished picture, it will be very beautiful!

Although the restaurant provides us with convenience, it still has many shortcomings. It is better to make it ourselves. Camouflage cake is easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
