How to make Thai sauce shrimp fried rice

Health preservation is a state of mind that requires us to start from the most basic level of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce the recipe of Thai shrimp fried rice.

1. Prepare the materials.

2.1 Beat the eggs, spread them into egg skin in a frying pan and let them cool;

3.2 Remove the shrimp shells, intestines and shrimp threads, wash and clean, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and pepper, mix well and marinate for a while;

4.1 Cut the cooled egg skin into shreds;

7.2 Prepare the sauce first: sweet chili sauce; squeeze lemon juice, add fish sauce and dark soy sauce and mix well;

8. Add a little more oil, stir-fry chopped green onion and garlic, pour in sweet and spicy sauce and lemon dark soy sauce and stir well;

9. Add shrimp and rice, stir-fry until the rice is loose;

10. Add snow peas and fry until cooked;

11. Add shredded egg and stir well.
