12. Wrap the dumplings and put them in a pot to cook. Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, put the dumplings in and stir them in a clockwise direction to prevent the dumplings from sticking together in the water.

13. Prepare sour soup while cooking dumplings: put sesame oil, lard, dried shrimps, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and chili oil in a bowl.

14. Pour the hot dumpling soup into the bowl, take out the dumplings and put them in the bowl.
