How to make tofu delicious?

Dried tofu is actually a soy product, and food made with dried tofu is believed to be very popular among people, such as fried celery with dried tofu and fried bacon with dried tofu. Not only are they simple to make, but the taste they bring is also very unique.

1. Stir-fried snow vegetables with dried tofu. Rinse the snow vegetables with water and cut into cubes. Wash the dried tofu and cut into strips. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up, stir-fry the snow vegetables first, then add the dried tofu. After frying, taste the saltiness. Since snow vegetable itself contains salt, add some salt according to personal taste, and add MSG to season before serving.

When the surface of the dried tofu is slightly bubbling, add celery, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat, add some MSG before serving, and then drizzle with some sesame oil.

2. Stir-fried bacon with dried tofu. Rinse the bacon and cut it into thin slices, cut the dried tofu into strips, wash the garlic leaves, cut them into sections, and mince the garlic. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up, then sauté the minced garlic, then add the bacon and stir-fry. Because there is a lot of fat in bacon, the oil can be stir-fried out slowly. When the oil starts to come out, you can add the dried tofu and stir-fry. Bacon also contains a lot of salt, so be careful to season it in moderation and add some soy sauce for coloring. Add the garlic leaves before serving, stir it a few times, then add MSG and serve.

4. Stir-fried leeks with dried tofu. Wash the leeks, drain, cut into sections, and cut the dried tofu into strips. Pour oil into the pan and when the oil is 80% hot, stir-fry the dried tofu first. Wait until the dried tofu changes color before adding the leeks, otherwise if you stir-fry it for too long, the leeks will turn yellow. Add salt during the stir-fry process, add MSG after stir-frying and serve.
