How to make Quanzhou radish rice

1. Prepare the ingredients first, including dried scallops, dried mushrooms, dried clams, and dried shrimps.

2.1 Peel half of the white radish and cut it into small pieces about 1 cm square.

3.2 Wash the dried mushrooms, scallops and dried shrimps to remove dust and soak them in advance. Cut the soaked mushrooms into small pieces. (Soak the mushrooms first, then the dried scallops and shrimps)

4.1 Add a little oil to the pan, add the diced meat and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the skin is golden brown, then add ginger juice.

5.2 After blanching the pork belly, cut it into cubes of similar size to the white radish.

6.1 Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until colored.

7.2 Add the chopped white radish and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add the remaining ingredients: shredded mushrooms, dried scallops, and dried shrimps, stir-fry evenly, and finally add salt and mix well.

9. Wash the rice and add the settled water used to soak the mushrooms. The amount of water should be based on that of normal white rice.

10. Add all the fried ingredients and stir evenly with chopsticks.

11. Start the rice cooking function.

12. Before serving, add a little shallot oil and chopped green onions to enhance the flavor and color.
