1. Blanch the leaves of water spinach, squeeze out the juice, add yeast and warm rock sugar water, and make a green dough; peel the pumpkin, slice it, add rock sugar and steam it, cool it to warm, add yeast and make a yellow dough.

2.1 Divide the red bean paste into balls of equal size.

5. 6. After the water boils, steam for 8 minutes and simmer for two minutes before enjoying. (The specific steaming time depends on the size of the gourd)
