How to make fried dumplings

1. Mix all-purpose flour and starch evenly, add warm water (about 50℃) to knead into dough, let it rest for 20 minutes

2.1 Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, fry the eggs and then crush them. Soak the vermicelli, put it in boiling water for one minute, remove and chop.

3.2 Wash the chives, drain the water, chop them on a clean cutting board, and put them in a large bowl

4.1 Add sesame oil, five-spice powder, sesame powder and mix well, then add salt

5.2 Mix chopped eggs, vermicelli and chives

6.1 Take a dough, roll it into a round shape, flatten it, roll it into a skin, put in an appropriate amount of filling, and wrap it into a dumpling shape

7.2 After the dough has risen, knead it evenly on the chopping board and divide it into pieces of similar size, slightly larger than the usual dumplings.

8. Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil, and put the dumplings in when the oil is 80% hot.

9. Mix a spoonful of starch with half a bowl of water to make a paste, pour it into the pot, cover one-third of the dumplings, turn to low heat and cover the pot

10. When the water in the pot is almost dry, turn the dumplings over and fry for a while until they turn golden brown.

11. I think fried dumplings with leeks and eggs are more delicious, while those with meat filling are a little bit greasy. Haha, now is the season when sweet osmanthus is fragrant. Because of the strong fragrance, I just picked a branch and put it at home. It is a natural aromatherapy. Haha, don’t blame me for destroying the flowers and plants~~~
