Pour in 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Haitian Zhuhou sauce, 1 tablespoon of Haitian seafood sauce, and 15 pieces of rock sugar, stir fry evenly, then add in star anise, cinnamon, and peppercorns and continue to stir fry. 9. Pour all the fried ingredients into the pressure cooker and add hot water, with the amount of water being about 2/3 of all the ingredients. After boiling, skim off the floating film and add salt and sugar according to your taste. 10. After adding the valve, bring to a boil over high heat. After the steam comes out, turn to medium-low heat and keep boiling for 40 minutes. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then cook over high heat until the soup thickens.
