Nowadays, girls like to make various kinds of snacks by themselves, which not only satisfies their girlish hearts, but also improves their cooking skills. We all have flour at home, and flour can be used to make snacks of various flavors. These snacks are very common, and the methods are relatively simple, so you can learn how to make them quickly. So, how should we make simple snacks with flour?

【Multi-grain steamed cake】

Main ingredients: yellow noodles, cornmeal, white noodles

【Production method】

1. Use more yellow flour, and add a little white flour and corn grits. There is no specific amount, just make it according to your own preferences.

2. Adding a little corn grits will make the taste a little rough, but it is very fragrant. If you don’t like it, you can leave it out.

3. Mix the three ingredients together, add melted yeast, sugar and eggs, stir into a batter with chopsticks, and let it rise for half an hour.

4. After half an hour, the batter has risen to a large size (as shown in the picture)

5. Take three small bowls or molds. I don’t have molds, but the small bowls at home are just the right size to use. You can also put it in a large container and cut it after steaming.

6. Apply cooking oil on the bottom of the bowl for easy removal.

7. Put the fermented steamed cake in a bowl, but don’t put too much.

8. Steam it in a steamer for half an hour.

The simple and quick multi-grain steamed cake is ready. Instead of just thinking about it, take action and learn how to make it for the whole family.

There are many kinds of steamed cakes, such as brown sugar steamed cake, millet steamed cake, rice steamed cake, etc. Brown sugar steamed cake is one of my favorites. Let me briefly tell you how to make it: dissolve the brown sugar in boiling water until it becomes brown sugar water without any particles. Mix flour, brown sugar water, eggs and yeast together, stir into a paste with chopsticks, and set aside to rise for 30 minutes. Take a mold, pour the proofed batter into the mold, and steam it for 30 minutes. Take it out and cut it into pieces, it is soft and sweet.

Very fluffy, soft and sweet. I have a small appetite, so one at a time is enough for me.
