5.1 Add two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of dark soy sauce and three spoons of light soy sauce to the chicken filling and mix well.

8. Add chopped mushrooms and carrots to the chicken filling and mix well.

9. Pour two spoons of sesame oil and mix well

Sprinkle some flour around the fermented dough, take it out carefully, divide it into small pieces, and roll the small pieces into dough skins with thick middle and thin edges (the dough skin should not be too thin, otherwise the steamed buns will not look good, even though the skin is thin and the filling is large), put appropriate amount of filling in the dough skin, pinch out folds to close the mouth, wrap it up, and then let it ferment for 20 minutes with sugar.

11. After the water in the steamer boils, place the buns on the steamer (leave some space between them), steam for 20 minutes after the steam comes up, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes
