How to make crispy meat rolls

14. Then fold it into 4 like a quilt, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 20 minutes. (The above steps 9 and 10 should be repeated 3 to 4 times. The more times you repeat, the more layers you will have.)

15. Roll the relaxed lasagna dough into a large rectangular piece and divide it into 3 parts.

16. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a square sheet with a thickness of 0.15cm and trim off the irregular sides.

17. Spread the seasoned meat filling evenly on top and press it down, leaving about 1CM margin on all four sides.

18. Roll up along the long side. When you reach the end, brush a little water on the dough and then roll it up.

19. Place the cake in a baking tray with the seam facing down and brush a layer of honey and egg mixture on the surface. (The ratio is 1:1)

20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes in advance. After putting the food in the baking tray, lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Take out the baked meat rolls, cut them into 3CM pieces, and eat them while hot. (Time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust according to the performance of your own oven)
