How to make beautiful flower rolls

How to make beautiful flower rolls

In fact, many times, cooking not only makes you happy, but also cultivates your sentiments and allows you to relax. So sometimes we need to learn how to cook. Here I will introduce you to a beautiful flower roll recipe.

1.1 Put all the materials together. (Flour/yeast/sugar/amaran water) ready to start kneading the dough~

2.2 Boil purple amaranth leaves with water and filter the juice (the boiled purple amaranth leaves can be eaten cold to avoid waste)

3.12 Knead the dough by hand for a longer time, so that the steamed buns are more resilient and chewy. Ferment it at room temperature until it is 1.5 times larger, take it out and knead it evenly to expel the air, and then knead it repeatedly by hand for 7 or 8 minutes. (I knead it by hand. If you have a bread machine at home, I suggest you put all the ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough for 40 minutes). Knead it into a smooth dough and place it in a warm place to ferment;

4.21 When the dough has doubled in size, take it out; deflate it, roll it into a ball, and relax it for 5 minutes;

5.1 Roll out the dough into 0.5cm thick slices, each with a diameter of 8 to 10cm.

6.2 Stretch the relaxed dough, knead it into a smooth cylindrical shape, and divide it into small portions.

7. Roll the dough into dough sheets, stack 6 dough sheets together, aligning the center lines. --- Stack the 6 dough sheets as shown in the picture

8. Use a chopstick to press a vertical line in the middle of the dough.

9. Roll it up from the bottom up, and roll it a little tighter

10. Is the rose formed? You can press the center of the rolled dough with chopsticks and twist it left and right to break it. It can also be cut off.

11. Flatten the bottom of the flower and put it in place, and you will see two beautiful roses. Simple, right?

12. Arrange and shape the roses. Here's another picture~

13. Brush a layer of oil on the steamer, put in the raw buns, put it in cold water, steam it over high heat for about 18 minutes. After turning off the heat, use the residual heat to simmer for about 3 minutes before opening the pot. (Use white paper to stick to the bottom of the steamed bun to prevent it from sticking. This is more convenient. Just tear off the white paper when eating).

14. OK, it’s steamed. It’s done. The next step is to put it on the plate and serve it. You can eat it. Hehehe

15. It is served beautifully. This is the finished product. Do you want to eat it?

A healthy life is inseparable from a healthy diet. Learning to cook at home is not only healthy, but also nutritious and delicious. Have you learned how to make the beautiful flower rolls that the editor will introduce to you today?
