11.11. After cooking on high heat for ten minutes, turn to low heat and steam for another 3 minutes then turn off the heat. Do not open the lid immediately, wait for a few minutes. The multi-layered buns are ready.

12.12. Break it open and check the number of layers of the wrapper. The number of layers depends on the number of layers rolled. The more layers you roll, the more layers the wrapper will have.
