How to make Cantonese-style five-nut mooncakes

8. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin

9. Pour into the cooked flour

10. Add black and white sesame seeds

11. Add sugar, oil and maltose

12. Add boiled water and mix well.
