How to make bean cake

How to make bean cake

In life, many of us may not know how to cook when we leave our parents and live alone. We have to learn how to cook. We can’t eat takeout every day, and the food outside is not necessarily clean. Below I will introduce to you the method of making beans pancakes. After reading this, you must try to make it yourself.

1.12 Wash the beans, remove the tendons, and cut in half.

2.21 Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.

3.121 Wash and cut the pork belly into pieces.

4.212 Set aside the onion, ginger and garlic.

5. Add appropriate amount of water to knead the dough. If you like the texture of leavened dough, you can add some yeast powder.

6. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for 40 minutes. The dough is slightly fermented.

7.12 When the dough is fermenting, you can start cooking. First, stir-fry the pork belly in oil for a few minutes.

8.21 Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry, then add star anise and cooking wine, and pour in most of the boiling water. Simmer over medium heat for 20 more minutes.

9. After 20 minutes, when the meat is half cooked, add the beans. The soup in the pot just covers the beans.

10. Stew the beans for more than 10 minutes, and the dough will be ready.

11. When obvious holes appear in the dough, place it on a panel and knead it.

12. The following steps are exactly the same as making pancakes. First, roll the dough into thin slices.

13. Then apply a layer of cooking oil and sprinkle with salt and thirteen spices.

14. After rolling up, close the two sides and press it vertically into a tall pancake.

15.1 Now open the lid of the pot and turn the beans upside down.

16.2 Roll the tall dough into a thin and even layer.

17. Place the topping directly on top of the beans.

18. Cover the pot with a lid and continue to simmer over medium-low heat.

19. After 7 or 8 minutes, the pancake is half cooked.

20. Now take out the pancake, add potatoes, salt and light soy sauce. Then turn the pancake over and cover the dish again and continue stewing.

21. The pancake will be ready after a few minutes. Place it on the chopping board to cool slightly.

22. Stir-fry the vegetables, taste for saltiness, and collect the sauce.

23. Finally, add some minced garlic and it is ready to serve.

24. Cut the steamed pancake into pieces. One pancake is enough for three people.

25. This is the bean cake - it contains vegetables, staple food, meat and nutrition.

The bean curd pancake needs to be carefully carved before it can be served, and if you are familiar with the steps, you will definitely be able to create the most special taste through your own meticulousness.
