How to make alfalfa pork dumplings

1. Ingredients: alfalfa, pork, sesame oil, salt, onion, ginger, chicken essence, five-spice powder, soy sauce, flour

2.1 Wash the alfalfa head, drain the water, blanch it in boiling water and pick it up

3.2 Add water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

4.1 Wash and cut the onion and ginger into sections

5.2 Cool with cold water, squeeze out the water, shake it apart, and chop it a few times with a knife

6.1 Wash the dumpling maker, add pork, onion, ginger, alfalfa and sesame oil

7.2 Peel and slice pork

8.1 Put the minced meat in a bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce and five-spice powder, mix well, and finally add salt and mix well

9.2 Turn it a few times to make meat filling

10. Knead the dough, roll it into long strips, and cut it into small pieces

11. Roll into small round pieces and add meat filling

12. Wrap into dumpling shape

13. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and add the dumplings

14. Cook until the dumplings are puffy and float up.
