How to make colorful braised noodles

1. Eat all vegetables

2. Cut the ingredients into pieces as shown in the picture and set aside.

3. Put a little more oil in the pot than usual cooking oil

4. Spread the eggs into omelette and cut into strips for later use

5. Pour in the beans and fry until they are cooked like tiger skin. If you feel there is too much oil, pour out some of it and push the beans aside.

6. Add chopped garlic and onion

9. Add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and thirteen spices and fry until cooked.

10. Add the steamed noodles, carrots and purple cabbage, cover and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat (be careful not to burn the bottom of the pot)

11. Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and thirteen spices to season all the ingredients in the pot, stir well and serve.

12. Serve on a plate and add egg shreds
