How to make cocoa almond cookies

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Cocoa almond cookies are a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Soften the butter at room temperature in advance, or take it out and microwave it for 20 seconds to soften it.

2. Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar with an electric whisk. Beat the butter and sugar little by little at a low setting, otherwise the powdered sugar will splash easily.

3. Beat until the butter becomes larger and white in color.

4. Add eggs and beat evenly with an electric whisk at the lowest setting.

5. Add cocoa powder and mix evenly with a spatula

6. Add almond slices and mix well

7. Finally, sift in the flour and mix well.

8. Knead the dough with your hands

9. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and shape it into the picture with your hands. Wrap it and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour.

10. Take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices

11. Place them on the baking tray with some spacing. My oven is small, so I made two trays with this recipe.

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake on the middle layer for about 15-20 minutes, and let it cool before eating.

Eating well is a prerequisite for maintaining health. Although cocoa almond cookies are simple to make, they are delicious and healthy, and are a common delicacy on the table.
