How to make pork and green pepper buns

When the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, the gastrointestinal tract becomes very picky, and a good dish is essential. Learning to make pork and green pepper buns is a must-have trick for every good mother. Remember to add a small amount of ginger and garlic during the cooking process. Friends who don’t like peppers should not add it, otherwise it will affect the taste.

1. Flour and yeast

2. Mix the dough with warm water, knead well, cover and ferment.

3. The pork filling is ready-made in the supermarket, so you don't need to chop the meat when you get home. Put chopped green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, corn oil, ginger powder, and starch in the pork in advance and mix well. Blanch various green peppers and other vegetables in water, take them out and chop them, squeeze out the water, and put them together with the pork.

5. When the dough has doubled in size, take it out, deflate it, and pinch it into small pieces.

6. Roll the small dough into a pancake and put the filling in the middle.

9. After the second fermentation, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes before opening the lid.
