How to cook minced meat lotus eggplant

4. Roll up from bottom to top

13. Add seafood soy sauce, sugar, fried eggplant, stir-fry and add a bowl of water.

14. Stew over high heat, add salt, chicken powder, water starch, and reduce the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and add rice pepper.

15. Place it in the middle of the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
