1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough. Put the baking powder and salt diagonally. Press the kneading button to knead the dough automatically. The general process takes 50 to 60 minutes. When this step is completed, the first fermentation is also completed. When you open the lid of the bread machine, the dough has basically risen like this.

2. Press down with your finger to make a hole. If it doesn’t shrink back immediately, it means the first fermentation is successful.

7. After 10 minutes, fold the dough that has risen and pinch it.

8. The bottom of the baguette is the one with the pinched edge. Turning it over will form the original shape of the breadstick.

9. Introducing a very reliable second fermentation method. Prepare a foam fresh-keeping box for storing food and put the shaped bread sticks in it (if you don’t have one, please prepare a more sealed container). This is very important for the success of the second fermentation.

10. It is not good for baguettes to have too much moisture, so cover it with a completely dry cloth, then seal it with the lid of the foam fresh-keeping box, and let it ferment for another hour.

11. After one hour, cut a slash on the back with a knife.

12. Then apply a little butter on the cut so that the cut will not close again when baking, making the breadstick look more authentic.

13. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, and it's done. Plate it.
