How to make Shanxi fried noodles

After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The method of making Shanxi fried noodles is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Slice the meat. Prepare all the ingredients including onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Wash the lotus leaves and bean sprouts.

3. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and then add peppercorns.

4. Put the meat, onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili into the pan and stir-fry together. Add a little soy sauce, salt and thirteen spices.

5. Add lotus leaves and bean sprouts into the pan and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry the vegetables until 70% cooked, add appropriate amount of water to form soup, add braised noodles, and spread the braised noodles on the vegetables.

7. Cover the pot and turn off the heat after the juice is dried up in about six or seven minutes.

8. Open the lid of the pot, stir the noodles and vegetables with chopsticks, and then you can serve.

9. Just serve on a plate.

The Shanxi raw fried noodles dish can be modified according to your own taste, making use of the seasoning to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
