How to make meatloaf in the oven

Step-1. Get all the ingredients ready. 2. Wash the beef, dry it and chop it into beef puree. 3. Chop the onion into small pieces. 4. Remove the garlic skin and mash it into garlic paste. 5. Melt the butter in water, add the minced meat, beaten eggs, flour and cooking wine. 6. Use chopsticks to stir vigorously in the same direction until it is strong. 7. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and mix well. 8.Finally, add pepper and salt and mix well. 9. Line a baking tray with tin foil. 10. Use your hands to take an appropriate amount of the mixed meat filling, pat it into round patties about 1 cm thick, and arrange them on the baking tray. 11. Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes, take it out, turn it over, and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

Add chopped green onion, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of sugar, and a little five-spice powder to the beef filling, and beat the meat filling in the same direction until the beef starts to become firm and sticky. 2. Use the leavening method to make the dough softer. Add yeast to the flour and knead it into a soft dough with a uniform surface using water. Cover it with plastic wrap and let the sugar rise until it is twice as large. 3. Knead the risen dough vigorously for a few minutes and divide it into pieces about the size of a walnut. 4. Use a rolling pin to roll it into skin. 5. Wrap the filling, pinch and seal. 6. Put oil in the pan and heat over high heat for one minute, then reduce the heat to low. Put the pancakes in and fry until golden brown. 7. Then put the pie into the oven and bake it on the rack. When you smell the filling, the pie is ready.

3. [Oven Food Pork Pancakes] Ingredients: minced pork, baking powder, flour. Seasoning: lard, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and cornstarch. For the crust: use self-raising flour, lard and salt, mix with warm water and knead the dough until it is not sticky, then set it aside to rest for about 20 minutes. Shortcrust pastry: Knead flour, lard, salt and sugar into shortcrust pastry and divide into pieces. Mix the minced pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch and vegetable oil.
