How to make baked sea bass with bell peppers

1. Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the sea bass, wash it, and make a few cuts on the fish body to facilitate marinating.

2.1 Cut red pepper, yellow pepper and onion into thin strips and cut celery.

3.2 Rub salt all over the fish body and stuff scallion and ginger slices into the fish belly. Then marinate with cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce and crushed black pepper for more than 3 or 4 hours.

4.1 Prepare a large piece of tin foil, apply a layer of cooking oil on the tin foil, and place the marinated sea bass on it.

5.2 Add oyster sauce to the chopped vegetables and mix well for later use.

6. Top with seasoned colorful vegetables.

7. Wrap the fish completely with tin foil, pinch the edges firmly, and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, on the middle layer, for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the fish). The fish I made was over a pound and I baked it for 25 minutes.
