Cooking by yourself allows you to choose the best ingredients and ensure hygiene. Caimidu’s ten-grain whole wheat soy milk toast is simple to make and rich in nutrition. 1. My husband likes to eat this kind of candied beans, so today's attempt is to put it in the toast. I bought the ready-made vacuum-packed candied beans that have been cooked. How much to put depends on whether you want to have candied beans in every bite. Haha

2. I used soy milk today. If you are a cook with lactose intolerance, you can also consider replacing milk with soy milk, which tastes also very good. For other basic steps, please refer to my other recipes. Except for olive oil and colorful honey beans, everything else can be added at this stage.

3. For the ingredients in step 1, first use the bread machine's kneading program to stir and let the dough rest for a total of 30 minutes. Now add the olive oil and candied beans, and then set the kneading program for another 13 minutes.

4. After mixing, the dough is almost ready.

5. The bread machine’s fermentation function is set to 3 hours.

6. After 3 hours, the fermentation is sufficient and you are ready to bake, setting the baking time to 30 minutes for a light color.

7. Done. The high-fiber toast is cooling down. Wait until it cools down before cutting it.
