Steamed Pork Liver with Red Dates and Chinese Wolfberries

1. Soak the liver in water with a spoonful of vinegar for 30 minutes, changing the water frequently, or washing it with running water frequently.

6. Then steam it. About 8-12 minutes. It depends on the thickness of the liver and how thick it is placed on the plate. The thicker the liver, the longer it takes. You can use chopsticks to turn the pork liver over halfway through the cooking process to increase the space between them and make the bottom easier to cook. When cooked, take out and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
