4. The soybeans become noticeably larger after soaking. It is recommended to drink it the next day before going to bed.

5. Add rice.

6. Also add walnut kernels and red dates.

7. Add appropriate amount of water.

8. The water level should reach 1200ML.

9. Turn on the soymilk maker's blooming soymilk or whole grains soymilk function, and then turn on the fruit and vegetable function to make it again. Because bean dregs contain high nutrients, I usually don’t filter the dregs. I use the fruit and vegetable function to blend them again to make them more delicate.

10. Pour the beaten soy milk into a bowl, let it cool down a little and drink it while it is hot.

11. Sprinkle with walnut kernels or red dates, and add sugar if you like sweet.
