How to make soy milk steamed bun

Many people neglect their diet because they are too busy at work and just deal with it casually. In fact, we don’t need to spend too much energy to prepare a delicious dinner for ourselves, as long as we make the right choice. The method of making soy milk steamed bun does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Put the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine, add appropriate amount of water, and start the wet bean function

2. Soak the soybeans six to eight hours in advance

3. The soy milk is ready, I drank a bowl~

4. Prepare the ingredients

5. Stir well and add soy milk little by little

6. Add yeast to flour

7. Mix into a large cotton-like shape without any dry powder

8. Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment

9. Put the dough on the dough board and knead it until smooth

10. The dough will double in size and will be ready when it does not shrink when pressed with your fingers.

11. Cut into equal portions

12. Take a dough and knead it into a round shape

13. Close the mouth downwards

14. Roll the dough into a bun shape

15. Put it in the steamer for secondary fermentation for 20 minutes, steam for 20 minutes, and then steam for 3 minutes.

You can eat more soy milk steamed buns in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
