This time, Xiaodai used a food processor, which is simpler and more convenient without getting your hands dirty. Put the flour, softened butter, salt and sugar into the food processor and mix well.

6. Wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour

7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and thaw it for 15 minutes. Place it on a floured board.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll out to a thickness of 0.5 to 1 cm

9. Place the pie crust in a greased baking pan and poke holes with a fork to prevent it from bulging during baking. I used an 8-inch baking pan.

10. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 20 to 23 minutes

13. Spread white chocolate on the bottom of the tower

14. Heat the cream but don’t let it boil

15. After removing from heat, add matcha powder and 250g white chocolate to the whipped cream while it is still hot (I forgot to sift the matcha powder, it is better to sift it so that it will melt better)

16. Pour into the tart crust (because the tart crust has holes, the matcha liquid can be cooled and solidified a little before adding it), and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

17. Cut out your favorite patterns on paper

18. After taking the matcha tower out of the refrigerator, place the pattern on the tower and sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration
