How to make Matcha jelly mousse

Repeating the nine-to-five life every day, I have no energy to cook after get off work. The method of making matcha jelly mousse is relatively simple. You need to use a wok as a cooking utensil. Simply prepare the ingredients and put them in the pot to steam. In less than ten minutes, you can share the joy of delicious food immediately.

1. Melt 60 grams of butter in a heat-insulated oven!

2. Put the digestive biscuits into a plastic bag in advance and crush them with a rolling pin. Quickly pour the heated butter into the biscuits and mix well. Put them into an eight-inch mold, press them firmly and refrigerate for half an hour!

3. Melt the cream cheese insulated from heat!

4. Beat the melted cream cheese until smooth!

5. Soak 5 grams of gelatin sheets in cold water until soft!

6. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the whipped cream and beat until it is 70% distributed and just begins to form textures.

7. Add 20 grams of white sugar to 70 grams of milk, heat it, add the softened gelatin sheets and stir evenly, add half of the cream cheese and stir evenly!

8. Dilute the matcha powder with boiling water in advance and pour it into the gelatin liquid, as shown in Figure 7!

9. Add half of the whipped cream and mix well. The matcha mousse paste is ready!

10. Pour it into the refrigerated cookies and freeze them for twenty minutes!

11. Then make the white mousse paste. Heat 70 grams of milk and 20 grams of sugar until the sugar melts, add 5 grams of softened gelatin sheets and mix well!

12. Add the remaining cream cheese and mix well!

13. Pour the evenly mixed cheese liquid into the remaining whipped cream and mix well!

14. The original mousse paste is ready!

15. Take out the frozen matcha mousse from the refrigerator!

16. Pour the white mousse into the mold and continue to refrigerate for two hours!

17. Cut various fruits into mirror-like shapes and set aside!

18. Place the fruit on top of the shaped mousse!

19. Heat 70 grams of water and 50 grams of sugar until the sugar melts, add 5 grams of softened gelatin sheets, stir evenly, and let it cool to room temperature!

20. Gently pour it on the fruit, or scoop it in with a spoon! Continue to refrigerate for two hours. When demolding, use a hair dryer to blow along the outer circle of the mold a few times and you can easily demold it!
