The full name is tofu vermicelli dish. Assisted with more than ten kinds of condiments such as fennel, star anise, chili, pepper, wolfberry, cinnamon, chopped green onion, etc., it not only tastes delicious and fragrant but not greasy, but also has the functions of warming the stomach and removing cold, nourishing yin and strengthening yang, and maintaining health and preventing diseases.

[Ingredients] Cut the old tofu into 15 X 15 square slices and fry them in oil. After taking it out and letting it cool, cut it into strips as thin as possible. Choose high-quality vermicelli (sweet potato vermicelli is preferred), a little sheep blood (common saying) and chopped green onions (or garlic sprouts). You also need sheep offal to cook broth (mutton soup).

[Cooking method] First take 800ml of broth and put it into the pot, put the vermicelli and sheep's blood into the broth in turn and cook, then add seasonings such as salt, pepper, MSG, and secret recipe (only masters who cook this kind of delicacy know this). When the vermicelli is 80% cooked, add the pre-cut tofu shreds, chopped green onions (or garlic sprouts), and some mutton offal (depending on personal taste). Serve immediately.
