Easy caramel pudding recipe

Urbanites commute twice a day, and their destinations are always office buildings and apartments. They have no time to cook, but after getting used to fast food, they will miss home-cooked meals. The method of making simple caramel pudding is convenient and quick. It can be cooked in just over ten minutes. It only needs to be steamed and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil smoke.

1. Prepare the materials

2. Cook for a while longer until the bubbles turn into the color shown in the picture.

3. Make caramel first - pour the sugar and the prepared cold water into the pot, cook over medium heat, do not stir, and bubbles will appear after a while.

4. Put the cooked caramel in a bowl

5. Turn off the heat, add hot water and stir, stir for a while, turn on low heat and continue stirring, and then it will become caramel as shown in the picture

6. Beat the eggs

7. Next, make the milk. Add a little sugar to the milk and boil it.

8. Filter 4-5 times to reduce the bubbles in the bowl

9. Pour the cooked milk into the egg liquid and stir

10. Put it into the container and start steaming

11. Steam until the surface is no longer liquid [like pudding] and pour caramel on it.

12. It becomes like this, just steam it for a while

13. Delicious!
