Wash the salmon skin, cut it into strips, marinate it with salt, crushed black pepper, wine and a few drops of sesame oil for a while, put it on a plate, top it with shredded ginger and green onion, boil water in a steamer, put in the fish skin, steam it over high heat for about five to eight minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish skin. It is a very simple and delicious method that does not require too much seasoning.
