How to make braised tofu

1. Prepare a piece of fresh tofu.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes of your own size, but make sure they are even. Blanch it in boiling water and add a little salt to remove the smell of bile. After blanching, drain the water and set aside.

3. Prepare some of the ingredients.

4. Pour vegetable oil into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then add the chili sauce and stir-fry until cooked. Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

5. Pour appropriate amount of water and then add tofu and cook together.

6. Adjust the ingredients. Mix soy sauce, sugar, MSG, salt, a few drops of vinegar, starch and appropriate amount of water and set aside.

7. After boiling, turn the heat to the highest setting, pour in the prepared sauce, cook for about 2 minutes, when you see the sauce thicken, quickly add the green onions, stir-fry and serve.

8. Add green onions when the sauce is collected, serve on a plate and eat.
