How to make fruit sago syrup

If we want to reduce the occurrence of diseases, we should not always eat out in restaurants. After all, restaurant dishes contain more seasonings and the ingredients may not be hygienic. Cooking by ourselves is relatively healthier. The method of making fruit tapioca syrup is very simple and can also help promote health.

1. Boil water, then put the tapioca pearls in, stirring with chopsticks. After stirring for one minute, put them in cold water and continue stirring. When the tapioca pearls are completely cold, add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the tapioca pearls in and cook for 10 minutes until they are translucent but still have a little white core. Remember to stir in the middle to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until they are completely transparent. Remove from the heat and rinse with cold water.

2. Then cut the dragon fruit and mango into pieces and set aside.
