How to make homemade apricot jam

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. 1. Soak the fresh apricots in light salt water for about 10 minutes, then wash and remove excess water for later use.

2. Cut the apricots in half, remove the pits and set aside.

3. Use a food processor to blend all the apricots into jam.

4. Put the beaten jam into the pot, add the juice of 1 lemon and 3 spoons of sugar, and simmer over low heat. Stir constantly during the whole process. The jam will become thick in about 1 hour.

5. Wash the prepared bottles, boil them in hot water, remove excess water and set aside.

6. After the jam is ready, bottle it while it is still hot and cover it with a lid. In this way, the heat will generate water vapor in the bottle, which can better preserve the jam.

7. When we eat the prepared jam, we must finish it as soon as possible after opening the lid, otherwise it may go bad.
